Tre-flip

A "tre-flip" is a mix between a "shove-it" and a "kickflip". A "shove-it" is when the board turns 180 degrees. However, in a "tre-flip" the board turns 360 degrees with a "kickflip" that spins in a barrel roll formation the  same way as the 360 "shove-it".  As you pop your board you scoop your back foot towards your back and slide your front foot up in the same motion as you would with a kickflip but you also kick your board infront of you to an extent. Make sure you watch your board the whole time. To check your footing and make sure it flips the right way.

The Kickflip

A kick flip is like an ollie. The difference is only that when you position your feet your front foot is of to the outside of the skate board. As you pop the board you slide your front foot off the side and up towards the front of the board. when your foot comes off it should be at about the front cup between the straight part of the board and the tip. The board should do a full 360 barrel roll. you should almost land back on the board as it is in the air. make sure you watch your board though so you can tell wether or not its safe to land on.
